Tiny Harbor

Tiny Harbor is a cozy management sim where you slowly build up a tiny fishing village into a busy little port. You assign boats, upgrade docks, and keep villagers happy, all at a relaxed pace with no pressure.

What makes it work offline is that everything is calculated locally — no fake energy timers tied to a server. You can play as much or as little as you want. It's the kind of game I open to unwind rather than to be challenged.

It gets a touch repetitive once the harbor is fully upgraded, but getting there is genuinely relaxing. Nice pixel art and a gentle soundtrack round it off.
